For sign-in issues, include your platform, app version, device model, and whether you use Google or email/password sign-in.

For crash reports, include what you tapped immediately before the crash and whether the app was installed from TestFlight, App Store, or Google Play.

We review support requests as quickly as possible. Some store or authentication issues may require additional information from Apple, Google, or Firebase systems.
